Fixes the netprobe fleet rollout path and makes k8s NetFlow-to-process
attribution work with node-SNATed flows.Whats New

- Fixed assigning the netprobe add-on from the UI after
agent_uidstarted
reaching the update action; existing assignments now update cleanly instead
of failing Ash input validation. - Fixed pushed add-on release downloads by preserving agent artifact download
credentials, trust roots, and long-lived gateway certificates across rollout
attempts. - Bumped and reseeded the netprobe add-on package to
0.2.1, including the
systemd runtime-directory and eBPF pin-path fixes needed for attribution to
stay alive under the service manager. - Correlated k8s node-SNATed NetFlow with host process attribution by matching
flow tuples through the registered agent host IP, while preserving exact
5-tuple matches as the preferred path. - Increased the attribution time-skew tolerance to handle delayed NetFlow and
process-attribution arrival observed in demo.
