Describe the bug

Yesterday we enabled two metrics collections on error counters on an interface, today I tried to disable them, still seeing the graphs on the interface details page, and I believe we're still probably collecting data for those points as well.

Disabling those metrics points should have also deleted the composite group that was bound to them, but did not.
