Describe the bug
If there is an event or alert setup on a given metric (snmp, sysmon, etc) with thresholds set for when to create an event and when to create an alert sort of thing, we should try and indicate what the threshold is on the chart/graph, for sample if an SNMP metric collection on a traffic counter is set at 50%, we could draw a thin red line through the graph on the X axis.

Alerts are usually thresholds that are reached for a certain period of time, like we've been at 50% utilization for an hour or something.. not sure how to represent those on the graph.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
