Describe the bug
Not sure why we have this, we will never not have timescale extension.

  - platform.ocsf_network_activity is created in elixir/serviceradar_core/priv/repo/migrations/20260201072922_create_ocsf_network_activity.exs.
  - It’s created as a normal table, then maybe_create_hypertable/2 converts it to a TimescaleDB hypertable when the timescaledb extension is present.
  - time is TIMESTAMPTZ NOT NULL, which matches how we’re querying in SRQL.

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
