Is your feature request related to a problem?

After deleting some old devices manually from the database, the UI device inventory didn't automatically refresh. Need to make sure that if we are adding/removing/updating device inventory we update the UI. We might not be able to catch cases like this where we went in manually and directly to the DB, which is fine, but need to make sure that the inventory view is reactive for all of those other events.
