Is your feature request related to a problem?

The device details page should show a 'Plugins' tab if the device is an agent and has plugins installed.
The plugins tab should re-use UI components from the admin pages if possible, otherwise we may want to create new shared UI components that we can use between both, but the idea is that Admins/Operators can see exactly what an agent has configured and to have the flexibility to make changes to agent plugins from the device details area.
