Describe the bug

There are right now two plugins reporting service checks in through the k8s-agent (WASM), yet in this settings page for cluster health it only shows 1.

Not sure why we are not registering both of these as separate services.

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
