Is your feature request related to a problem?

We currently automagically create the first admin user during installation in either the supported docker compose or k8s (helm/manifest) deployments. Other than that, there is no way to add or manage users or configure / setup external auth.

add auth section in Settings (add new tab)
new auth section will cover authentication and authorization
