Is your feature request related to a problem?

Need to create a dashboard for DIRE (device identity and reconciliation engine) in the Settings page under the Network/networks area.

We generate a lot of metrics around this stuff I think it is expected that we would be grabbing this via prometheus, would be nice to see in our dashboard as well.

Also, we might want to consider exposing any knobs/configuration tunables here, maybe the sightings stuff, how many sightings we need to see before we merge kinda thing
