Describe the bug
observability stats cards on logs, traces and metrics are all broken. They are not showing accurate counts, if you click them they will turn and change to 20, that is just the paginated data row count being returned in the current view.

The stats cards should be going off of CAGG summaries only.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error
