Is your feature request related to a problem?

Need to take the standalone serviceradar-dusk-checker and merge it into the Agent, with the config being generated the same way we do with sysmon, sweep, snmp, etc. Users configure the dusk checker settings through the UI.

merge dusk-checker into serviceradar-agent
cleanup dusk-checker artifacts
doc update
update config compiler for agent to include dusk-checker config
dusk-checker should be optional and disabled by default -- no config should be created until a user explicitly does so through the UI
