Describe the bug

when you navigate to sysmon settings UI, sidebar and topbar disappear
new sysmon profile - selecting Processes breaks the form, form thinks the mount points to monitor is missing, erasing the / and putting it back doesn't fix

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'

Fixed in UI cleanup work. Added Layouts.app wrapper to SNMP settings page to restore topbar/sidebar navigation. See #2310.
