Describe the bug
Cannot create network sweep profile, I enter in the ports, form doesn't register what you input (comma seperated ports list).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Fixed in UI cleanup work. Added transform_profile_params function to handle ports field - converts comma-separated string to array of integers. See #2310.
