Describe the bug
We're only showing 6 AshOban jobs in the UI, we've added several more, doesn't look like they're getting added. AshOban jobs need to be added not only at bootstrap, but we basically need to sort of treat them like we do SQL migrations maybe, and create ashOban jobs at startup if they don't exist?
