Is your feature request related to a problem?

in the devices view UI/dashboard, above the devices table, we should show some stats cards about the devices in the inventory, total count of devices, offline/online, breakdown by vendor, etc. We must make sure that the source of these aggregates are coming from CAGGs in CNPG so everything is fast.

Need to use Ash migrations for this, core-elx kicks off migrations.
