Is your feature request related to a problem?

This would help docker deployments significantly, if serviceradar-cli can be used (from docker or bare metal) to add new services to the poller (modify poller.json) and then generate additional mTLS certs for that new service, we could eliminate onboarding pain immediately until we have a more mature solution worked out.

We need to print out instructions for copying the new TLS certs off of the docker volume to the users host system so they can deploy them on their server, and it should also include a link to the docs (we can create a new section if we need to) on the docs site, on how to install these on the remote/edge system they are deploying the agent or checker service to.

Describe the solution you'd like

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
