Is your feature request related to a problem?

We should be able to support an HA configuration for serviceradar cores, it seems that this would also require users to upgrade from timeplus-proton to timeplus-enterprise.

We could possibly workaround the timeplus-enterprise requirement by pushing data into CH and then querying CH directly from the core/API. We would lose the ability to do streaming requests from the DB, which may mean we only break the log streaming at this point.

Need to do more investigation
