Describe the bug
Currently, if we make changes in the core and push a new image w/ new SHA tag, we would have to also rebuild the web package to pick up this change. The web package should be updated to ask the core via API call for its build tag/ID, but the way it picks up its own build ID tag using the build_info.json should stay the same.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
