Describe the bug
In the Observability dashboard, when looking at OTEL traces, the timestamp field is coming across as Invalid Date

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://demo.serviceradar.cloud/observability
Click on Traces
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior
Should show the correct date
