Is your feature request related to a problem?

Now that we're well on our way into the IP camera management featureset for SR, time to start thinking about what to do for NVM.

Some features we might want to include:

local storage
cloud storage (s3)
cloud storage (SR SaaS)
content provenance

Need to also look into ONVIF
