Describe the bug

I did a docker compose pull then a docker compose up -d but I am not seeing this issue:
 ✘ Container serviceradar-cert-generator-mtls         Error service "cert-generator" didn't complete successfully: exit 2 
 ✘ Container serviceradar-db-credentials              Error service "db-credentials" didn't complete successfully: exit 1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error
