Describe the bug
None of the particle animations that should be showing up on the edges between the nodes in the graph for the 'god-view topology' are visible with deck.gl. Either they are hidden by the actual line layer itself, are the same color as the line layers, or something else (broken).

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
